👋 Hi there! My name is Raphael, I’m a designer and a founder with a passion for sustainability.

After moving to Tokyo from Paris, I joined a global strategic design firm, where I worked for 6 years on growing a team and helping some of Japan’s most ambitious companies make innovation happen. This led me to endorse a variety of roles across UX design, service design, business design, and strategy. In parallel, I’ve always loved to engage in activities relating to sustainability and social innovation.

Today, I spend half of my time working with incredible social entrepreneurs, helping them to harness the power of design to bring their vision to fruition, and the other half building kammeko.
